california quail

The california quail,is of the colour gray and lives on the ground.It is more slim than other quails.The female has a tan face with a feather plume.On the other hand the male has a bold and very dark face outlined with white.It has a nice blob of brown on his head and also a feather dangling down from his head.He has a weightless chest and scaled patterning with some white lines followed along by brown sides.He as a black and gray scaling on the nape of the neck.
